Test lead

Main responsibilities :

• Define Test strategy for the products under Lifecycle Platform
• Ensures product delivery is up to quality standards
• Supervises QC analyst (when applicable)

Owning the Platform test strategy :

• Define test strategy for Lifecycle Platform (including all test levels)
• Prepare and Lead the Product teams and developers towards automated testing capabilities
• Provide guidelines on functional regression and integration testing
• Define guidelines and standards for the management of products test repository structure
• Setup up KPIs and metrics in order to provide consistent reports about products quality
• Centralize and share test closure activities
• Validate and Approve releases

Executing the test strategy in projects :

• Plan and estimate testing activities (specification, execution, reportings)
• Validates project test strategy
• Support Product Manager & Designers in specifying acceptance criteria before development
• Shares test cases and quality reports with Transition Lead
• Ensures consistency and standards alignment of overall test scenarios repository

Permanent activities :

• Act as coach to product designers & developers to develop testing skills & align best practices across product teams
• Provide expertise for proper use of test techniques and tools
• Contribute to the QA community of practice.
