Business analyst ecommerce

Mission - Accountable of the functional definition, the business analyst elicits and ensure the validation of the requirements through a constant discussion with business and technical stakeholders - Support the business stakeholders for the contribution/enrichment/preparation of the website with help from the change management and technical stakeholders - Constant discussion with Business stakeholders, UX lead, Product owners and technical stakeholders - Driving and unifying the contribution/enrichment/preparation documentation about the whole website - Able to facilitate communication with other stakeholders - Working in close collaboration with Front End & UX Lead Profil recherché - Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) - At least 3-5 year experience in digital and e-commerce projects - Strong Business orientation with comprehension of IT stakes - Experience of Agile projects - Good communication skills - Experience of international contexts / Fluent english
